Good Friday

Easter weekend! One of my favourite holidays of the year behind Christmas Day and Pancake Day because of those two glorious extra days of lie-ins. Unfortunately I have to work tomorrow (an optician if you didn't already know), followed by a work night out which will be really, really hard work - you know when there's somebody you just don't seem to be able to strike a chord with? Times that by 20 and spend a few hours with them - painful!

Because it's Good Friday, and because I'm totally a devout Catholic(...), I won't be eating any meat today which always attracts the attention of the equally devout Atheists in my year at school. Ever since I started secondary school I've always been subject to an enormous amount of stick for being religious which I find incredibly annoying and frankly offensive. I wouldn't dream of shoving my religion in other people's faces but I always get lectured about how ludicrous the idea of God is and how science is the answer. Once, and you know who I'm talking about Leachtard, I was asked how it felt to worship a book of lies, so this week I've been getting my own back on the individual who asked me - mainly by reminding him of quite how much of a twat he is.
